Cognitive Foundry, Applied Beyond Banking

The method behind our banking products comes from cognitive engineering: capture how experts reason, turn it into agents, have independent models check each other, and keep a person in charge of the decision. Our R&D group applies the same method wherever decisions are high-stakes, in defence, aerospace and public safety.

Mission Planning and Real-Time Threat Identification

In development

Mission Planning AI

A system that pulls intelligence, logistics, terrain and unit-status feeds into a single operating picture, and lets AI draft, war-game and continuously update the mission plan itself. Commander approval is built into every decision point, not a form filled out after the fact.

Live demo

Real-Time Threat Identification

Several agents fuse kinematic, signature/IFF and context data to classify air tracks in real time using the NATO colour convention (blue, red, amber, green).

Live Flight Tracking

Public ADS-B traffic cross-referenced against aircraft registries, with each flagged aircraft showing the reason it was flagged.

The same four steps, applied to mission planning

01

Expert observation

We capture experienced planners while they build real plans and record how they reason: which constraints they check first, and what makes them change course.

02

Models check each other

Agents on models from different labs draft and assess the plan in the same strict format, and every disagreement is flagged.

03

AI supervisor

A supervising agent watches the whole plan as feeds change and raises what needs a human's attention.

04

The commander decides

Every decision point waits for approval, and each approval is recorded.
